How to delete your Agendamix account
You can delete your account at any time, in the app or by email.
In the app
- Sign in to Agendamix with the account owner's login.
- Open the menu, tap Settings and then Account Profile.
- On the Details tab, tap Delete account and confirm.
By email
If you cannot sign in to the app, send an email to agendamix@agendamixapp.com.br from the address registered on the account, asking for deletion. We will reply to confirm once the deletion is done.
What is deleted
- All of the business's data: customers, appointments, professionals, procedures, finances, photos, logo and files.
- Team logins stop working and the Online Booking page goes offline.
- If there is a subscription, it is cancelled first. The period already paid is not refunded.
- Deletion is permanent and immediate. Server backups are automatically replaced within 7 days.
- Payment records stay with Asaas or Stripe, which process the charges, under their own rules.
